May I and all sentient beings be purified and achieve the path of inseparable wisdom & method. |

May I and all sentient beings achieve Vajrayogini land (Pure Land). |
| 2 hands together on forehead |
May I and all sentient beings purify all accumulated negativities of body (action). |
| 2 hands together on throat |
May I and all sentient beings purify all accumulated negativities of speech (verbal). |
| 2 hands together on heart |
May I and all sentient beings purify all accumulated negativities of mind (mental). |
| 2 hands move from folded to separate |
May I and all sentient beings achieve the 2 bodies: Samboghakaya (Physical Body) and Dharmakaya (Wisdom Body) for the sake of all sentient beings. |
| 2 feet solid on the ground |
May I and all sentient beings all sentient beings achieve enlightenment. |
| 2 hands and 10 spread fingers on the
ground |
May I and all sentient beings attain the 10 grounds and the 5 paths. |
| Forehead touches the ground |
May I and all sentient beings achieve the 11 heads of compassion of Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara). |

May I and all sentient beings achieve the four activities (peace, increase, power and wrath). |
| All nerves and veins moving |
May all the blocks in my body and the bodies of all sentient beings be dissolved. |
| Spine bending |
May all my winds and those of all sentient beings come into my/their central channel. |
| Rising up after touching down |
May I lift up all sentient beings to Nirvana (enlightenment). |
| Our goal is to achieve all the wishes our prostrating makes - the temporary goals of peace, no obstacles, no sickness, long life and achieving what we wish. |
May I achieve enlightenment soon for the sake of all sentient beings. |
