Short Grace (can be used anytime before consuming food or drink)

I offer this to the teacher higher than any other, the precious Buddha.
I offer this to the protection higher than any other, the precious Dharma.
I offer this to the guide higher than any other, the precious Sangha.
I offer this to the places of refuge, the Three Jewels, rare and supreme.

Ton-pa lama sanggye rinpoche
Drenpa lama damchoe rinpoche
Kyoppa lama gendun rinpoche
Kyabne kunchog sum-la cho pa bul.

Breakfast Offering

May I and all sentient beings around me in all future lives
Never be separated from the Triple Gem,
Continuously make offerings to the Triple Gem,
And receive a rainfall of inspiration from the Triple Gem.

Lama Tsong Khapa, you who reopened the Buddhist path for those in the land of snows,
Gyaltsab Je, powerful throne holder, knower of all phenomena,
Kedrup Je, great master of all the known sutras and tantras,
To the great father and his two great sons, I make this offering.

Your Holiness, Tenzin Gyatso, Noble Lotus Holder,
You whose compassion and wisdom are vaster than the ocean,
I offer this food to you. Please accept this offering,
And allow me to drink of the nectar of your wisdom.

The embodiment of all the Buddhas,
The collected essence of the vajra holders,
The root of the three precious jewels,
Is my lama to whom I make this offering.

Lunch Offering

Guru is Buddha, Guru is Dharma,
Guru is Sangha also.
Guru is the originator of all goodness and happiness.
To all gurus, I make this offering.

This enticing food of one hundred different flavours, which I make clean and pure,
I offer from the depths of my heart to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
From the virtuous merit I accumulate by offering in this way,
May I and all sentient beings be blessed with endless prosperity.

May I perceive all foods as medicine,
Partaking of them without attachment or aversion.
In order to cultivate the antidote to over-consuming,
May I remember that the sole purpose of eating is to sustain good health.

Supper Offering

Pure excellent mother residing in a miracle palace in the land of Dharmakaya,
In order to tame the evil mara forces you manifest wrathfully.
To the highest practitioner you grant all powerful attainments.
Great Leader of the army of wrathful deities, I offer this to you.
