Breathing Room: Meditation for Teens

Adolescence can be a time of big changes and big emotions. In this course, teens will learn the basics of how to meditate, why it helps, and how to make it the best part of their daily routine. This course is geared to teens ages 13-17. Suitable for new and returning students. No meditation experience necessary.

This course will be led by Gillian Patton. Gillian Patton is a teacher (B.Sc, B.Ed), mother of 3, and student of Kushok's since 2007. Gillian is passionate about equipping children with the skills and understanding they need to be compassionate, ethical, and successful.
